Ling Gan, Department of Education Studies, Hong Kong Baptist University

Ling Gan is an English teacher at School of Foreign Language Studies, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and also a PhD candidate in the Department of Education Studies at Hong Kong Baptist University. Her research interests include language assessment literacy and language teacher professional development.

Ricky Lam, Department of Education Studies, Hong Kong Baptist University, HKSAR, China

Ricky Lam is Associate Professor and Associate Head, Department of Education Studies, Hong Kong Baptist University. His research interests include digital writing portfolios; portfolio assessment, second language writing assessment, teacher assessment literacy, assessment for learning and assessment as learning.
